Who It's For

Senior Executives & C-Suite

CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and other C-suite leaders who operate at the intersection of strategy, people, and organisational culture, and who want a precise read on how their executive presence and capability compare to senior leadership benchmarks.

Aspiring Executives

Leaders working toward executive or C-suite roles who want to objectively identify gaps between where they are now and where senior executive leadership performance starts. A clear baseline for focused development.

Executive Transition & Development

Leaders navigating a significant role transition, board appointment, or executive development programme who need structured self-insight to anchor their coaching or development planning.

Post-360° Depth Work

Leaders who've completed the 360° Leadership Assessment and want to go deeper on self-insight, examining their identity, vision, influence, and relational impact through a purely self-reflective lens.

What Makes This Executive-Grade

The SA-EPSA is calibrated for a fundamentally different leadership context.

Senior leadership benchmarking

The questions, competency framework, and scoring tiers have been designed with reference to the leadership behaviours observed in senior executive leaders, not generic management competency frameworks.

The 4-domain framework

Identity, Vision, Influence, and Relational Impact represent the four vectors of executive presence that determine whether a leader has genuine authority, not just positional power. The framework reflects how leadership actually manifests at the executive level.

Self-insight focus, no raters needed

Unlike the 360° assessment, the SA-EPSA has no rater component. This is intentional. Executive self-awareness and metacognitive accuracy, knowing what you know and knowing what you don't, are themselves executive capabilities. The SA-EPSA measures how clearly you see yourself.

Complements (or follows on from) the 360°

Used together, the 360° Leadership Assessment and SA-EPSA create a complete picture: how you see yourself (EPSA) versus how others experience you (360°). The gap between these two data sets is often where the most powerful coaching conversations live.
